I had a mixed experience at Klr The City Condos. The location was fantastic, with a supermarket nearby and great local restaurants just a short walk away. However, I faced some issues with the service and room assignment that detracted from my stay. The penthouse was lovely, featuring a beautiful kitchen and an very nice rooftop pool, but some aspects of the service really need improvement.

Unfortunately, I encountered several service issues, including receiving the wrong room upon check-in, which took hours to rectify. Room service was also disappointing, as I couldn't even get a simple croissant with coffee delivered.

The location was a strong point, being within walking distance of the beach and top-rated local restaurants like El Fogon. It felt great to be close to everything I needed, including a supermarket and coffee shop.

I had a lovely eight-night stay at Klr The City Condos, but there were a few bumps along the way. The hotel and condo were gorgeous and well-located, perfect for my family and me. However, I had to chase staff a few times to resolve minor issues, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, it was a great experience, especially for families with small children.
